Ordering Products on Subscription (Recurring Orders)

My Sugar Free offers you the ability to purchase the majority of its products by monthly recurring orders.

 HOW IT WORKS:

 INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

  • On most individual product pages, you can choose to add an item to your cart either as a one off purchase or by subscription and your check out cart can contain a mixture of both.  
  • For the products you order on subscription, your first purchase will be charged immediately and your order sent out within 2 business days of placing your order.  On or near the 20th of each month following your first order, (see exception below), your credit card will be automatically charged for the subscription items and your products will be sent out within a few working days of the 20th of each month.
  • The exception to this is where you order within within 15 days prior to the 20th of the month – then you will receive your first order within two working days. Your next order will be the month after.
  • For example:
You first order on: 1st March
You are billed on: 1st March (or soon after)
Your first order is dispatched: Within 2 business days of 1st March
Your second order is billed: 20th March (or soon after)
Your second order is dispatched: Within 5 business days of 20th March
Your third order is billed: 20th April (or soon after)
Your third order is dispatched: Within 5 business days of 20th April
And so on each month thereafter.
OR
You first order on: 10th March
You are billed on: 10th March (or soon after)
Your first order is dispatched: Within 2 business days of 10th March
Your second order is billed: 20th April (or soon after)
Your second order is dispatched: Within 5 business days of 20th April
Your third order is billed: 20th May (or soon after
And so on each month thereafter.
  • Down the track you are able to add items to your subscription.  Just contact us at info@mysugarfree.co.nz and we will do this for you.
  • If your credit card is declined, an email will be sent out to you notifying you of this.  Three attempts to take payment will be made over 3 days. If the charge does not go through, your order will be cancelled.
  • Should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, please contact us at info@mysugarfree.co.nz and we will do so for you.  Please email before the 15th of the month to have your 20th of the month order cancelled.
